How far in advance should I book my session?
To ensure availability and give us plenty of time for our one-on-one creative consultation, I recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance for portrait sessions.
For specialized sessions like The Celestite (Fresh 48) or Weddings, please reach out as early as possible so I can place your estimated due date or wedding date on my priority calendar!
I’m nervous in front of the camera. Will you help us pose?
Absolutely! Please don't worry—almost everyone feels a little nervous at first. My style is entirely focused on lifestyle storytelling, which means I won't force you into stiff, rigid poses. I will guide you into beautiful light, give you fun, natural prompts, and keep the energy light and relaxed. My goal is to capture the raw, sweet, authentic connection between you and your loved ones.
What happens if it rains on the day of our outdoor shoot?
Maine weather loves to keep us on our toes! If the forecast calls for heavy rain or unsafe conditions on the day of an outdoor session, we will simply look at our schedules and reschedule for the next available clear day. Don't worry—we will make sure your session gets the beautiful, clear light it deserves.

Can I purchase more digital image downloads if I love more than what is included in my package?
Yes, absolutely! Every package comes with a set number of high-resolution digital image downloads, but if you open your private online viewing gallery and fall in love with extra moments, you will have the option to purchase additional single digital files or upgrade to your full digital gallery right through the site.
Can I print my photos anywhere?
Yes. Every session includes a full print release, which means your downloaded high-resolution digital files are yours to keep and print for personal use whenever and wherever you like.
